Who picks up and cleans my laundry?
A trained local professional team (never gig workers and never in someone's home). Every order is handled at a licensed facility by staff held to our standards.
How will I know when my driver is arriving?
You'll receive real-time notifications when your driver is en route, when they've picked up, and when your laundry is on its way back. No need to be home during the time of pickup or drop-off.
When is my card charged?
Your card is not charged until your laundry is picked up. There are no upfront fees or costs to create an account.
Is there a contract or commitment?
None. Use us weekly, bi-weekly or whenever you need us. You can schedule, pause or cancel pickups at any time.
Do you charge extra for detergents, folding or delivery?
No, all your customizations including wash settings, detergent preferences and folding styles are included in the per bag price.
How large is the bag?
Our FoldyGo laundry bags are 22"x28" which is equivalent to a standard 13-gallon kitchen bag. Each bag holds approximately 2 loads of laundry.
When will my laundry be picked up?
⏰ Our drivers typically begin their routes as early as 7:30 AM and can make pickups into the evening until 7:30PM.
🔔 We'll notify you when our driver starts their route and as your stop gets closer.
When will I receive my reusable bags?
Your very own FoldyGo laundry bags will be brought to you with the second service.
📅 For your first service, please place your clothes in a standard 13-gallon kitchen bag.
