Refund & Rewash Policy

FoldyGo Refund & Rewash Policy (2026)
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
FoldyGo aims to deliver clean, fresh, neatly folded laundry every time.
If a customer is unhappy with the quality of the wash, fold, or handling, they may request a rewash within 24 hours of delivery.
Rewash is free for the same items.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:
Severe service error (e.g., bag not washed, wrong order delivered).
Damage caused by FoldyGo (verified case).
Lost items (after investigation).
Refunds are not issued for:
Normal wear and tear
Shrinkage or color fade from manufacturer‑sensitive fabrics
Items not listed on the customer’s order
Incorrect bag weight or overstuffed bags
Stains that cannot be removed despite proper treatment
3. Student Discount Verification
Students using the $22.99 Student Special must provide:
A valid .edu email
A student ID photo (one‑time upload)
If verification fails:
The order is automatically charged at the Standard Bag rate ($28).
No refund is issued for incorrect student claims.
4. Pickup & Delivery Issues
If FoldyGo arrives for pickup and the bag is not available:
A $5 missed pickup fee may apply.
No refund is issued for missed or late pickups caused by the customer.
If FoldyGo fails to deliver on time due to internal issues:
Customer may request a delivery fee refund (if applicable).
Laundry service fees remain non‑refundable unless service was not completed.
5. Lost or Damaged Items
FoldyGo follows strict handling procedures.
If an item is confirmed lost or damaged:
FoldyGo reimburses up to 10x the service cost of the item’s weight,
or a maximum of $50 per order, whichever is lower.
This is standard in the laundry industry.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued:
Back to the original payment method
Within 3–5 business days
Subscriptions are non‑refundable, but customers may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
7. How to Request a Refund or Rewash
Customers must contact FoldyGo within 24 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Photos (if applicable)
Description of the issue
