📄 FoldyGo – Terms of Service (2026)
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of FoldyGo’s laundry pickup and delivery services. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
FoldyGo provides wash, dry, and fold laundry services, including pickup and delivery, subscription plans, and optional add‑on services.
Services are available in designated service areas and may vary by location.
1. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate contact information and pickup/delivery instructions
Ensure laundry bags are accessible and out of any danger including aggressive pets at the scheduled pickup time
Separate delicate or special‑care items
Notify FoldyGo of allergies or sensitivities
Avoid placing hazardous items in bags (chemicals, needles, pet waste, body fluids etc.)
FoldyGo is not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets.
1. Pricing & Payments
Customers agree to the pricing listed on the official pricing board:
Standard Bag: $28
Student Special: $22.99 (with .edu email + student ID verification)
Express 24H: +$10
White‑Only Load: +$5
Pickup: FREE
Delivery: FREE on $35+ orders, otherwise $5
Extras: sheets, comforters, special care
Subscriptions: Weekly, biweekly, family plans
Prices may change with notice.
Payments are due at the time of order. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
1. Student Discount Verification
Students must provide:
A valid .edu email
A photo of their student ID (one‑time upload)
If verification fails, the order is charged at the Standard Bag rate.
1. Pickup & Delivery
FoldyGo will attempt pickup and delivery during the scheduled window.
If the customer’s bag is not available at pickup:
A $5 missed pickup fee may apply.
If FoldyGo is unable to deliver due to customer unavailability:
Delivery may be rescheduled
Additional fees may apply
FoldyGo is not responsible for bags left outside at the customer’s request.
1. Laundry Handling & Care
FoldyGo follows industry‑standard washing and drying practices.
However, customers acknowledge:
Some items may shrink or fade due to manufacturer limitations
Stain removal is not guaranteed
Overstuffed bags may affect wash quality
FoldyGo is not responsible for:
Normal wear and tear
Pre‑existing damage
Items that require dry cleaning
Items not listed or hidden in the bag
1. Lost or Damaged Items
FoldyGo uses strict tracking procedures.
If an item is confirmed lost or damaged:
Compensation is limited to 10x the service cost of the item’s weight,
up to $50 per order.
This is standard in the laundry industry.
1. Refunds & Rewash
FoldyGo offers:
Free rewash within 24 hours of delivery
Refunds only for severe service errors, lost items, or confirmed damage
Subscriptions are non‑refundable once the billing cycle begins.

1. Cancellations
Customers may cancel:
One‑time orders before pickup
Subscriptions before the next billing date
Orders already picked up cannot be canceled.
1. Prohibited Items
Customers must not include:
Hazardous materials
Chemicals or solvents
Pet waste
Mold‑infested items
Body fluids
Items requiring dry cleaning
FoldyGo may refuse service if unsafe items are found.
1. Privacy & Data
Customer information is used only to provide services.

1. Changes to Terms
FoldyGo may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated Terms.
